- Star Jumps
- Jumping Jacks
- Push-Ups
- Shoulder Touches (left and right = 1)
- Shuttle Kicks (left and right = 1)
- Leg Extensions
- Burpees 8. Lunges (left and right = 1)
- Bodyweight Shoulder Press
- Squats
- Half Jack-knives
- Bicycle Crunches (left and right = 1)
- Each exercise will be performed for 12 repetitions.
- Complete as many sets of the 12 exercises as possible in the time of 30 minutes.
