Group Classes Having Fun With Others

What to expect

Our instructors will lead you through a workout with some fitness drills, each class is unique and offers a variation between cardio, weights, core stability, kettlebells and boxing – both on the bag and pad sessions with our trainer(s).

Our group boxing classes are aimed at people of all fitness levels, shapes and sizes who want to be pushed by our trainers to improve overall health.  We have more stress in our lives now than ever before. Use the group boxing class to help you manage your stress and get those endorphins pumping.
