Ringside Boxing HOME Workout #6
The exercises are performed for 20 seconds with a 10-second rest between each exercise. Perform the 4 exercises for 3 sets to equal a total of 6 minutes. Once you have completed your 3 sets have a 2-minute rest before complete the next set of 4 exercises.
- Push Ups, Shuttle Kick,s Squats, Star Jumps Set
- Seal Push-Ups, Knees to Elbows, Jump Squats, High Knee Running Set
- Burpees, Wide Shuttle Kicks, Tuck Jumps, Elbows to Knees
