Ringside Boxing HOME Workout #1
- Medicine Ball Thrusters
- Kettle Bell Swings
- Burpees
- Tyre Jumps
- Sprints
- Perform each exercise for 20 seconds
- 10-second rest between sets.
- Complete 8 sets before moving on to the next exercise.
- Each set should be completed in 4 minutes.
- The entire workout should last 25 minutes, including a 1-minute rest between each exercise.
