Ringside Boxing HOME Workout #5
- Crunches x50
- Bicycle Crunches x 40
- Toe Touches x30
- Wipers x20
- Sit Up and Twist x10
- Set 1. Push Ups Sprints Perform 10x Push Ups and run to the marker approximately 5-10 metres away. At the marker perform 9x Push Ups and run back to the start. Continue this progression until you have worked your way down to 1x Push Up.
- Set 2. Jump Squats Bear Crawls This will be completed in the same manner as seen in set number 1, however, substitute Sprints for Bear Crawls.
- Set 3. Burpees Broad Jumps This will be completed in the same manner as seen in set number 1 & 2, however, substituting Sprints and Bear Crawls for Broad Jumps.
