During uncertain times like these, it is important to be proactive rather than reactive and our goal with this letter is to keep all of you informed and at ease.

Your welfare is our number one priority! We want to keep everyone healthy.

With that being said we would encourage everyone to keep training and maintain your healthy eating habits. Whether you decide to train with us at the gym or at home, stay active and fit, it’s the best way to keep your immune system strong and keep yourself safe.

Our group classes are limited in the number of participants and the gym will remain open throughout the day should you wish to train at your own time.

We have instructed those members who have travelled to any high-risk countries not to come to the gym and will continue to do so until further notice. 

We have stocked up on hand wraps for your purchase as well as have hand sanitizer freely available for your use!

Please ensure that you bring your own sweat towel, as we cannot let you train without one!

If you are showing any of the following symptoms, we request that you kindly refrain from training!

– Diagnosed with Contagious illnesses
– Bad cough/cold symptoms
– Diarrhoea or vomiting
– Abnormal high fevers
– Severe sore throat
– If you have travelled outside the country recently
– Knowingly been in the vicinity of contact with someone that has contracted the COVID-19 virus.

Training will continue as per normal.

Let’s train hard and together maintain a healthy lifestyle. We value and respect all of you and know that in true South African spirit we’ll tough this out and come out the other side stronger.
